Society Orlando PMG_Moriarty. PMG is currently constructing the first tower of 16-story Society Orlando in downtown Orlando, Florida. The two-tower project is the fourth under PMG’s recently launched Society Living brand, created to address insatiable demand for attainably priced downtown rental communities where modern neighbors connect and thrive. The 484-unit first tower of the 1.5M+ square-foot development is slated for completion in Q4 2022 and will include approximately 36,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.PMG
Since 1991, PMG has earned global acclaim for meticulous execution of large-scale real estate development across asset types. Our philosophy is rooted in elevating communities by making thoughtful contributions to skylines and streetscapes, from iconic luxury residences to dignified housing for those in greatest need. Founded in 1991 by Kevin Maloney and led by Managing Partners, Ryan Shear and Dan Kaplan, PMG has grown from a local real estate operator in New York City to a national investment, development and asset management firm operating across Florida, New York, Colorado, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia. Our in-house teams manage the full development life-cycle, spanning land use and acquisitions, financing and accounting, design and construction, asset management, marketing, sales and leasing, and legal oversight.
